THE WORLD OF
SILICONE SPRAYS & TECHNICAL SPRAYS

Well-controlled application of various active ingredients.
All of our technical sprays are optimized with the appropriate spray head and propellant gases for an ideal discharge rate for precise application of the active ingredient.
We do not use solvents, as these increase the risk potential for people and the environment. Almost all of our products can be filled in spray cans.

Silicone spray
LOBOSIL SPRAY is a highly effective release agent and lubricant based on a combination of different silicone oils (polydimethylsiloxanes). It is filled without solvents and the gas pressure is specially adjusted for an optimally metered spray jet.
LOBOPUR SPRAY is a silicone release spray based on modified polydimethylsiloxanes, especially for cast resins and polyurethanes.
Silicone paste spray
ELBESIL BM SPRAY is a solvent-free, sprayable silicone paste based on thermostable silicone oils and non-melting, highly dispersed silica. The active ingredient of ELBESIL BM SPRAY can be used at temperatures from – 40°C to + 200°C after complete evaporation of the propellant gas components without any change in consistency. ELBESIL BM SPRAY is insoluble in water, exhibits pronounced hydrophobic behavior and is resistant to water vapor.
Release spray silicone-free
TRENNFIX SPRAY is a highly effective release agent based on a native oil, which enables subsequent painting, bonding and metallizing of the workpieces.
TRENNFIX 562 SPRAY is a highly effective release agent based on mineral oils, which enables subsequent painting or bonding of the workpieces. TRENNFIX 562 SPRAY is suitable for PC and PMMA, as it does not cause stress cracks in these materials.
Welding protection spray
TRENNFIX SPRAY is a highly effective welding release agent based on a native oil, which enables subsequent painting and metallization of the workpieces.
TRENNFIX WR 20 SPRAY is an aqueous, highly effective welding release agent that enables subsequent painting and metallization of the workpieces.
TRENNFIX WR 20 SPRAY is non-flammable, solvent-free and silicone-free. It is filled with compressed air. The preparation contains a rust inhibitor that prevents the corrosion of ferrous metals.
We also offer the ELBESIL 751 spinneret spray for filament production in the textile industry, the rust-free corrosion protection spray for ferrous metals, e.g. injection molds, and antistatic sprays to prevent static build-up during the processing and machining of plastics.
